Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are processed within one business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. USPS "tracking" is a delivery confirmation only and may not reflect accurate to-the-minute tracking information like UPS. Pure Cigs makes no guarantees to the delivery times claimed by your chosen shipper. All UPS shipments are insured and guaranteed. Because USPS does not provide any guarantees, Pure Cigs cannot be held responsible or liable for the loss, theft, damage, or delayed shipment of any orders shipped by USPS. All orders are fulfilled to the shipping address provided during checkout. Pure Cigs will not be held responsible for lost, mis-delivery, or non-delivery to incorrect addresses or other occurences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit of the order into the USPS system. All such claims should be directed to the USPS.
Delivery Confirmation Policy
Because a variety of instances beyond our control may occur at your shipping address, you agree that any delivery confirmation (even those that do not include a signature) provided by the selected shipping provider is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the credit card holder.
Order Cancellation or Modification
Once an order has been marked as 'In Preparetion' or 'Shipped' it may not be cancelled or modified. Requests for order modification may be fulfilled only if order has not yet been shipped. Order modifications effecting total price will require cancelling and reordering.
Revisions and Modifications
Pure may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Orders placed prior to this modification date remain covered by policies in effect at that time. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
