This Site is controlled and operated by Pure from its offices in Connecticut. Pure makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

In no event shall Pure Cigs LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of it's products.

Pure may suspend or terminate this Agreement or a User’s use immediately upon receipt of any notice which alleges that the User has committed fraud or used this site for any purpose that violates any local, state, federal or law of other nations, including but not limited to the posting of information that may violate third party rights, that may defame a third party, that may be obscene or pornographic, that may harass or assault others, that may violate hacking or other criminal regulations, etc. of its agents, officers, directors, contractors or employees. In such event, Pure may disclose the User’s identity and contact information, if requested by a government or law enforcement body or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action, and Pure shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and the User agrees not to bring any action or claim against Pure for such disclosure.

This site (excluding third party linked sites) is controlled by Pure from its offices within the state of Connecticut, USA. It can be access from all 50 states as well as from other countries around the world to the extent permitted by location. By accessing this site, you agree that the statues and laws of the state of Connecticut shall apply to any actions or claims arising out of or in relation to this Agreement or your use of this site, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof. Pure makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. This Agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods.

Pure's core mission is to design the highest quality premium electronic cigarettes and yet provide them at a reasonable cost. We stand behind our products with one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all chargers and accessories, and six months warranty on batteries. This warranty does not extend to cartridges due to their disposable nature.

Warranty is void if products have been tampered with, used with parts or supplies not sold by pure, damaged through improper use, acts of god, negligence or abuse. Warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear within normal life expectancy. Pure Cigs reserves the right to deny claims at its sole discretion for any reason.

Warranty begins from the date of purchase and is subject to the terms and conditions of purchase. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.

All warranty exchanges require prior approval and must be accompanied with a proper RMA form and proof of purchase. Please list all items being sent back and provide a full description of any defect along with your order number, return address, telephone number, and legible proof of purchase. We are not responsible for damage or loss incurred as a result of postal handling including lost or misdelivered packages. We recommend all returns and exchanges be delivered via a verifiable shipping method and packed in a padded bubble mailer.

Due to the fact that our product is a consumable and can not be repackaged or resold like most other electronic devices, we do not offer nor claim to offer a full money back guarantee.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the case of a picking or shipping error in which we are at fault.

However, customer satisfaction is our top priority and to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your product, we do offer a one year limited warranty against any and all manufacturing defects as stipulated above under the warranty section. If you feel that you have received a defective item and would like to initiate a return under the terms of our warranty plan, please contact our customer service desk.

Pure may revise these Terms of Use at any time. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
