Pure may suspend or terminate this Agreement or a User’s use immediately upon receipt of any notice which alleges that the User has committed fraud or used this site for any purpose that violates any local, state, federal or law of other nations, including but not limited to the posting of information that may violate third party rights, that may defame a third party, that may be obscene or pornographic, that may harass or assault others, that may violate hacking or other criminal regulations, etc. of its agents, officers, directors, contractors or employees. In such event, Pure may disclose the User’s identity and contact information, if requested by a government or law enforcement body or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action, and Pure shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and the User agrees not to bring any action or claim against Pure for such disclosure.

This site (excluding third party linked sites) is controlled by Pure Cigs inc. from its offices within the State of Florida, USA. It can be accessed from all 50 states as well as from other countries around the world to the extent permitted by location. By accessing this site, you agree that the statues and laws of the State of Florida shall apply to any actions or claims arising out of or in relation to this Agreement or your use of this site, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof. Pure makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. This Agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods.

All in-stock orders are processed within one business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. The selected shipper may claim certain transit times, however Pure Cigs inc. can not guarantee another company's service. All UPS shipments are insured and guaranteed. Because USPS does not provide any guarantees, Pure Cigs cannot be held responsible or liable for the loss, theft, damage, or delayed shipment of any orders shipped by USPS. All orders are fulfilled to the shipping address provided during checkout. Pure Cigs will not be held responsible for lost, mis-delivery, or non-delivery to incorrect addresses or other occurences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit of the order into the USPS system. All such claims should be directed to the USPS.

Because a variety of instances beyond our control may occur at your shipping address, you agree that any delivery confirmation (even those that do not include a signature) provided by the selected shipping provider is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the credit card holder.

Once an order has been marked as shipped it may not be cancelled or modified. Requests for order modification may be fulfilled only if order has not yet been shipped. Order modifications effecting total price will require cancelling and reordering.

Pure Cigs offers a lifetime limited warranty against any and all manufacturing defects on all products purchased through purecigs.com. If you obtained your product from a retailer, please return the product to the retailer.

Pure Cigs warrants that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the product's lifecycle. This warranty does not apply to products which have been lost, misused, improperly or inadequately maintained, or have failed due to normal wear and tear within normal life expectancy. The Pure Cigs warranty may only be used within 30 days of your last cartridge purchase. Pure Cigs reserves the right to deny claims at its sole discretion for any reason.

All warranty exchanges require prior approval and must be accompanied with a completed RMA form. Do not return a part to us without first contacting us. Please list all items being sent back and provide a full description of any defect along with your return address, telephone number, and legible proof of purchase. We are not responsible for damage or loss incurred as a result of postal handling including lost or misdelivered packages. We recommend all returns and exchanges be delivered via a verifiable shipping method and packed in a padded bubble mailer.

Unless otherwise noted, this warranty does not apply to express packs, disposable atomized refills, clearance or promotional items. These cannot and will not be exchanged.

Due to the consumable nature of our product it cannot be repackaged and resold like other electronic devices. Thus we do not offer a full money back guarantee.

However, customer satisfaction is our top priority and to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your product we do offer a lifetime limited warranty against any and all manufacturing defects as stipulated in our warranty policy.

Pure may revise these Terms of Use at any time. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
