Pure Cigs offers a limited lifetime warranty on all beginner series kits against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the product's lifecycle. The Pure Cigs beginner series lifetime warranty may only be used within 30 days of your last cartomizer purchase. Limit one piece of hardware per 2 packs of cartomizers.
The default warranty period for all other hardware is 14 days from date of purchase unless specified otherwise. Please test all products upon receipt. The warranty period expires whether you test it or not.
CARTOMIZERS, ATOMIZERS, TANKS, DRIP TIPS, ELIQUID, CLEARANCE ITEMS, FREE ITEMS, OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exchanges will not be sent until the original parts are returned to us and evaluated. Return shipping is at the customers expense for parts returned to Pure Cigs LLC.
Products that are functional, not sold by Pure Cigs LLC, or determined to be outside of warranty or damaged by misuse will be returned without exchange.
Eligibility for repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects of premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other then Pure Cigs LLC are not eligible for exchange.
All warranty exchanges require prior approval and must be accompanied with a completed RMA form. Failure to obtain prior approval for you exchange may result in delay or rejection. Please list all items being sent back and provide a full description of any defect along with your return address, telephone number, and legible proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for damage or loss incurred as a result of postal handling including lost or misdelivered packages. We recommend all returns and exchanges be delivered via a verifiable shipping method and packed in a padded bubble mailer.
Pure Cigs reserves the right to deny claims at its sole discretion.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, Pure Cigs does not accept returns or issue refunds of any kind. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by Pure Cigs LLC resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 48 hours after the receipt of your order.
Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 48 hours from the date you have received your order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if you feel there is an error please contact customer support.
